About the Role

The Asset and Infrastructure Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding one of Queensland's most iconic precincts. This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our diverse asset portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive asset management strategies;
  • Leading a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists and asset management professionals;

  • Senior leadership experience managing complex, diverse asset portfolios;
  • Demonstrated success implementing ISO55000 compliant asset management frameworks;
  • Strong track record delivering projects on time and within budget;
  • Experience managing asset data teams and integrating spatial systems with asset management platforms;
  • Proven ability leading technical teams and fostering continuous improvement cultures.
