
Part Time Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Reception and Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time role offers flexibility within school hours, Monday - Friday, 5 hours per day.
You will be based in Burleigh, supporting businesses throughout Australia (businesses with 1 through to 350+ employees).
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Managing Director and 7 HR professionals to ensure the smooth running of the office and support client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and providing a positive first impression
- Updating office policies and procedures
- Supporting research projects and document preparation
- Liaising with IT providers and maintaining office cleanliness
- Performing administrative tasks, including office coordination and stationary management
To succeed, you will have a can-do attitude, high customer service focus, and a mature approach to your work.
