Leadership Manager

At our organisation, we are seeking a seasoned leadership manager to drive our human resources agenda. As a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, you will ensure compliance and deliver people-focused initiatives that enhance organisational performance and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage HR operations, talent acquisition, and payroll functions effectively.
  2. Act as a strategic advisor, delivering HR solutions that support business priorities.
  3. Oversee end-to-end recruitment function, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, onboarding, and retention.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with all legislative requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior HR leadership position, ideally within a fast-paced industry.
  • Strong generalist HR expertise with proven capability in both recruitment and payroll functions.
  • Track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
