Key Responsibilities- Manage HR operations, talent acquisition, and payroll functions effectively.
- Act as a strategic advisor, delivering HR solutions that support business priorities.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment function, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, onboarding, and retention.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with all legislative requirements.
- Design and implement employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development strategies.
- Maintain and update HR frameworks, policies, and systems to ensure alignment with legal obligations and best practice.
- Manage all employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
- Deliver accurate and timely HR reporting and analytics to support informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior HR leadership position, ideally within a fast-paced industry.
- Strong generalist HR expertise with proven capability in both recruitment and payroll functions.
- Track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
