About the Role
">This is a key leadership position that oversees the development and delivery of strategic global HR reporting and analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for redefining Link Group's global HR reporting landscape, preparing for further steps towards analytics to support the execution of our global HR strategy.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Establishing a comprehensive global HR reporting and analytics strategy, driving innovation through an in-depth understanding of various HR technologies and analytics trends;">
- Presenting data insights in global forums, including HR Leadership meetings as requested;">
- Identifying opportunities for enhanced data tracking and capturing to support HR strategic goals;">
- Designing and developing simple to complex HR reports, dashboards, and dynamic reporting;">
- Leveraging technology to retrieve data from Core HR systems and integrating disparate data from multiple systems;">
- Performing complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple HR data sources;">
- Creating and managing interfaces to/from HR systems;">
- Overseeing and assigning work/report requests to HR Reporting Analysts based in Mumbai, India;">
- Collaborating with broader HR teams to leverage data available from all HR systems;">
- Interacting with end-users (HR and other departments) to understand business issues and providing advice about data available;">
- Assisting HR Business Partners and HR Leadership with defining routine reportable organisational metrics;">
- Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements;">
- Supporting assurance programs that deliver effective risk management and compliance practices;">
- Partnering with the HR Systems and Service Delivery teams to ensure complete understanding of HR core functionality/services;">
- Ensuring the integrity of the reports and that the reports/data are accurate and timely.">
About You
">We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in HR reporting and data analytics management experience, preferably in a multinational environment. You should have experience in designing and implementing global HR Reporting and Analytics strategies and demonstrated HR technology expertise with a working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM.
">The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques using Oracle SQL queries, significant experience and technical knowledge in HRIS and Analytics platforms and tools such as Oracle HCM (OTBI, OBIEE), Power BI with Advanced Excel skills, in-depth knowledge of current analytics & technology trends as well as HR and reporting systems.
">You should also have strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, an interpersonal and collaborative work style, ability to develop effective working relationships, strong people management with demonstrated ability to manage, lead, and motivate staff, degree-educated or relevant professional qualifications, and knowledge of project management methodologies.
