Job Description

We are seeking a professional Mail Center Manager to work in our brand new location in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving mail, scanning it into software and filing appropriately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process mail in a timely and efficient manner
  • Scan mail into software and maintain accurate records
  • Assist customers with mail retrieval and answer inquiries
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and organized with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an office coordinator role with an emphasis on customer service
