We're seeking a Research Operations Manager to join our team in NSW, QLD or VIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the clinical monitoring process.

About the Role
  • Conduct site qualification, interim monitoring and study closeout visits;
  • Act as a central point of contact at investigator meetings and site initiation visits;
  • Manage all aspects of the clinical monitoring process;
  • Build and develop relationships with site stakeholders;
  • Mentor junior Clinical Research Associates.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in clinical research and 2 years of independent monitoring experience;
  • A solid understanding of therapeutic indications and regulations governing clinical research;
  • Strong planning and organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
  • Exceptional communication skills and analytical capabilities;
  • Demonstrated business ethics and integrity;
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare disciplines.
