Job Details

Seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide medical care in various settings.

This part-time role requires 60 hours bi-weekly, with a dynamic schedule including evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate will be licensed as an LPN in the province of practice, with experience in community health being an asset.

Reliable transportation is necessary for this position.

The successful candidate must also undergo a Criminal Records Check and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care to children, youth, adults, and seniors in their homes and other settings.
  • Diagnose and treat various conditions, including diabetes, dialysis, medication management, palliative care, phlebotomy, and wound care.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Current licensure as an LPN in the province of practice.
  • Experience in community health preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Criminal Records Check mandatory.
