Customer Service Role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a customer service representative. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a smile and take their orders.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with various tasks around the floor to ensure a smooth operation.

  • Talking or listening: 90-100% continuous.

  • Lifting or carrying >10kg, reaching: 10-40% intermittently.
  • Climbing (ladders), stooping, kneeling, squatting, crawling: 0-10% rarely.
  • Gripping, pinching: 50-70% often.

Environmental Conditions:

  • Inside: 90-100% continuous.
  • Outside: 0-10% rarely.
  • Cold and/or wet conditions: 0-10% rarely.
  • Hot and/or humid conditions: 0-10% rarely.
  • Handling of chemicals and/or solvents: 0-10% rarely.
  • Working at heights: 0-10% rarely.
  • Noise levels above 85db: 0-10% rarely.
