Our client's property is located west of Croppa Creek, between Moree and Goondiwindi, NSW. They are a family-owned and operated rotational cropping enterprise producing seasonal wheat, barley, canola and chickpeas. The operation is well-resourced with modern John Deere headers, tractors, chaser bins, Kenworth trucks and associated machinery.

All staff report directly to the Farm Manager and machinery operators are key to ensuring a smooth and efficient harvest. Positions will commence mid-October 2025, with the harvest expected to run until late November/December 2025.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate harvest machinery including headers, tractors, chaser bins, and if required, trucks.

- Assist with day-to-day harvest tasks including grain handling and equipment checks.

- Follow harvest schedules to maximise efficiency and productivity.

- Support the team environment by working collaboratively and adapting to seasonal demands.

Selection Criteria

- Commitment to the entire harvest season (mid-October to late November/December).

- Previous agricultural machinery operating experience (prior harvest experience highly regarded).

- Current driver's licence and own transport (MC licence & truck experience highly regarded).

- Ability to work safely, efficiently and as part of a team.

Additional Particulars

- Single accommodation provided with communal facilities.

- Breakfast & dinner provided daily by the staff cook.

- Meals during harvest: breakfast roll, lunch, & hot evening meal. (Self-catered outside harvest).

- Space available for caravan accommodation if preferred.
