Site Facilitator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Site Facilitator.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Site Facilitator, you will be responsible for managing the trade counter on site, handling various tasks such as selling industrial parts and safety products, replenishing stock, tracking orders and managing inventory.

You will also be required to travel to multiple customer sites for extended periods during shutdowns (2-3 weeks) and maintain close contact with customers to ensure service levels are met.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in retail and/or warehousing knowledge, a strong commitment to safety practices and protocols, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.

You will also need to have the ability to work unsupervised and demonstrated reliability, be computer literate and have excellent problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license is essential, and a forklift license is ideal but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the trade counter on site
