Senior Credit Manager, Health

This role involves making informed credit decisions that support our Health customers while protecting the bank's risk appetite. As a Senior Credit Manager, you will be responsible for analysing and structuring complex commercial submissions from our Health portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exercising Delegated Approval Authority (DAA) to ensure every deal is sound, strategic, and aligned with our policies and pricing standards.
  • Collaborating closely with Retail and Business Bank teams, as well as Risk, to ensure loans are signed off efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing insights and building relationships to streamline approvals and unlock opportunities for our Health customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit management, ideally with exposure to large Health or commercial customer segments.
  • Significant credit approval authority and ability to assess complex financials, structure deals, and mitigate risk.
  • Strong customer focus and collaborative mindset.
