Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect to lead Class 1 and Class 2 residential projects from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects across all stages with expertise in documentation and project delivery.
  • Lead client and consultant coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee and review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' architectural experience with Class 1 and Class 2 projects.
  • NW registration (desired but not essential).
  • Strong documentation and project delivery skills.
  • ArchiCAD literate.
  • Collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented.
