**Head of Finance Leadership Opportunity**

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in high-growth SaaS or tech companies, with a proven track record in capital raising, investor relations, and Board-level communication. Strong commercial instincts and the ability to influence strategic investments will be essential qualities for success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing financial plans that align with business objectives
  • Partnering with the CEO and Executive Team to drive strategic decision-making
  • Building and leading a high-performing finance function that is proactive, commercially-minded, and scalable

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in finance roles, preferably within high-growth SaaS or tech companies

  • Strong experience in capital raising, investor relations, and Board-level communication
  • Deep understanding of financial reporting, controls, and tax compliance across regions
