The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training to proficiently operate our cloud-based systems and remote access tools. Rest assured, you won't be left to navigate these technologies independently. We have an experienced team member currently in this role who will provide mentorship and support throughout the onboarding process.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to transition from hands-on work to a more strategic role. We are particularly interested in candidates with extensive knowledge of major AC brands and a strong command of controls.

This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to contribute from the comfort of your home office. However, please note that we do maintain offices in Sydney and Brisbane for those located in proximity to these locations.

While the position primarily offers remote work, occasional travel may be required. We understand the importance of work-life balance and will make every effort to schedule travel in a manner that accommodates your daily commitments.
