
Lead Digital Media Buyer

The Trading Manager plays a pivotal role in our Digital Trading Team, responsible for delivering and optimizing client campaigns across various channels and environments.
- Deliver and execute digital campaigns for agencies and clients.
- Media buying across social channels, as well as programmatically trading display, video, mobile, and other/new channels available using proprietary platforms and first-party data.
- Create optimization strategies across campaigns to achieve and surpass client KPIs, including performance, delivery, and margin.
- Respond promptly to queries on live and upcoming campaigns to deliver an outstanding level of service to internal and external clients.
- Work closely with the Trading, Technical, and Account Management teams to communicate material and technical requirements to our internal and external clients.
- Prepare campaign performance and analytics reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Evaluate data performance and recommend improvements to achieve optimal performance.
- Digital Media Buying experience with social platforms, with experience in other buy-side programmatic platforms being beneficial but not required.
- Familiarity with Data Management Platforms and/or use cases of first-party data.
- Excel, data visualization, and interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while managing potentially conflicting priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Understanding of the Australian media and advertising agency landscape.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, with a keen desire to be a contributing member of a collaborative and effective Digital Trading team.
- Experience working with internal and external customers.
- Delivers results and has a clear understanding of the commercial impact of their efforts.
- Adaptable to change in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.
- Contribute to creating a positive culture and champion company values.
