Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and current promotions
  • Anticipate guests' needs, offering personalized recommendations and tailored service
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver seamless and efficient service
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the dining area
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in high-end restaurants, with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Exceptional communication skills and a drive to build meaningful relationships with guests
  • Flexibility to meet venue operating hours and a commitment to delivering a world-class experience
  • Current NSW RSA card or interim certificate
