About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Leader to join our team in Shellharbour. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to develop and maintain a fun, safe, and compliant program
  • Create daily plans and organisation of your service's activities
  • Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community
  • Nurture a positive environment for learning, fun, and play

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual with a Diploma in early education and care or equivalent. You will need to hold a valid Working with Children Check and have valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates. Your availability is from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
