About the Role

The Churches of Christ seek an Enrolled Nurse to join their team at Gracehaven Aged Care Service in Bundaberg QLD. As a dedicated clinician, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support residents' care through assessment, planning, and direct service delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide a range of care and support services to residents in accordance with their care plans.
  • Monitor and report any observed changes in a resident's health requiring more complex interventions.
  • Assist in developing care plans and providing guidance to Personal Care Workers in delivering care.
  • Maintain accurate assessment records to assist in planning and delivering services.
  • Work closely with a Registered Nurse to plan and schedule resident services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with a current practicing certificate.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in an Australian RAC.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Experience in wound care and medication management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and support skills for care teams.
  • High level of professional written and verbal communication.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
