Job Title: Senior Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Compliance Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for risk prevention and compliance tasks, including audits, incident reporting, database management, and filing.

About the Role:
  • Being the primary point of contact for visitors, contractors, and colleagues, while managing access to and from the premises.
  • Provide administrative support for risk prevention and compliance tasks, including audits, incident reporting, database management, and filing.
  • Monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage, conducting investigations, responding quickly and efficiently to alarms, and initiating emergency response procedures where required.
  • Assist in ensuring the premises is compliant with all regulatory requirements, guidelines, and legislative mandates, to protect assets and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Assist with the response and management of emergency situations and safety incidents.
  • Support a culture of risk awareness by developing leadership and conscious approaches in identifying and implementing systems to detect, analyze, and reduce business loss, financial impact, prevent incidents, and accidents on the premises.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that health, safety, and security standards are met across all departments.
Your Responsibilities:
  • A valid Security license and First Aid & CPR certifications, or the willingness and ability to obtain them.
  • Strong customer focus, ensuring we prioritize customer needs at all times.
  • A passion for creating a safe and secure working environment and a commitment to leading by example.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and deliver clear instructions during emergencies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and handle ad-hoc requests while maintaining daily responsibilities.
  • Experience with regular use of computers, IT systems, completing administrative and reporting tasks while adhering to deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
