Support Staff Liaison Specialist

The Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day management of staff. Key responsibilities include identifying operational issues, coordinating recruitment and selection, induction and training of support staff, and providing Injury Management support where necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Interpretation and Compliance
- Assisting senior management in identifying workforce needs, including maintaining accurate records, tracking staff data, monitoring staff replacement, and ensuring compliance training is valid and current.
- Supervisory Support
- Supervising support staff by monitoring workloads, identifying skills needs, and highlighting performance issues to senior management.
- A concise resume with contact details for 2 professional referees.
- A 1-page written statement outlining how achievements and capabilities meet the role's requirements.
