Customer Experience Specialist - Cleaning and Trolley Management

This role is crucial in delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

  • Ensure a clean store by completing tasks according to a checklist, including cleaning floors, shelving, and equipment.
  • Operate various cleaning equipment and products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, as well as team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Collect trolleys from in-store areas and the car park, regardless of weather conditions.

This is an autonomous role that requires working both indoors and outdoors, lifting up to 17kgs, and being physically fit, active, and energetic.

Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week, is required, as well as the ability to travel to work outside public transport operating hours.
