SA Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team on a Full-time, temporary Contract.
About the RoleAs a Senior HR Business Partner within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (LHN), you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic human resources support and guidance to our dedicated healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert counsel on HR matters, including workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and change management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders, building strong relationships and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Navigate complex situations with tact and diplomacy, resolving sensitive issues and implementing effective solutions.
To succeed in this position, you must possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
