The Senior Manager of Workplace Culture is responsible for leading the coordination of workforce development functions to build an inclusive, effective, and culturally appropriate workplace. The position works closely with cultural leads and oversees training and development to support Aboriginal workforce participation and strengthen leadership capability, staff development, and organisational culture across Congress.
About the Role:
This senior manager will work collaboratively across the organisation to enhance organisational inclusiveness, and will be culturally effective. The team supports leaders and staff across the organisation to strengthen a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace culture. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and communicate at a high level, form positive working relationships, and drive organisational capacity, problem solve and develop strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the coordination of Congress' workforce development functions to build an inclusive, effective, and culturally appropriate workplace
• Work closely with cultural leads and oversee training and development to support Aboriginal workforce participation and strengthen leadership capability, staff development, and organisational culture across Congress
• Collaborate with leaders and staff across the organisation to enhance organisational inclusiveness and promote a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace culture
• Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace culture and employee engagement
