Job Description

The Australian Research Data Commons is a national research infrastructure facility within the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy program.

This role leads a hybrid small software development team based in Canberra and other locations, responsible for building and promoting a focused, high-performing, and collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating clear objectives to ensure the delivery, success, and continual improvement of several web-based national services that support research data discovery, connection, publishing, sharing, and reuse.

In this role, you will lead and manage a small development team of IT professionals and create a positive and inclusive working environment by providing guidance and support, overseeing performance, and identifying training and development needs.
