Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled software engineer to lead our cross-functional team in developing innovative solutions for the fintech industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ programming, software development principles, and experience working within financial spaces.

  • Develop and maintain software applications using C++.
  • Collaborate with team members to design efficient, scalable, and reliable solutions.
  • Optimize code for performance and maintainability.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high coding standards.
  • Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful Software Development Team Lead should have:

  • Strong experience with C++ programming and software development principles.
  • Experience working within financial spaces is highly advantageous.
  • At least 3 years experience as a lead or manager in a software team.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and version control systems.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
