
Student Wellbeing Support Specialist

**Role Overview**
This role provides an exciting opportunity to have a meaningful impact by delivering holistic wellbeing support to students. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing assessment and support services to students facing various personal and academic challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical decision-making skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work cohesively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree in an Allied Health or related field, coupled with a minimum of two years of applied experience, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic assessment and support services to students
- Collaborate with University stakeholders to deliver comprehensive support services
- Develop health advice materials and participate in addressing student enquiries
- Champion a proactive approach to health and safety
About You:**
- Bachelor's degree in an Allied Health or related field
- Minimum two years of applied experience
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
Benefits:**
- Base salary $103,185 + 17% superannuation
