Residential Manager - Aged Care Opportunity

Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical)Reporting to a Regional Manager, you will have oversight of the general running of a medium-sized aged care home located approximately 2 hours north of Adelaide.

This is a great opportunity to relocate to the coast and work with a fantastic NFP aged care group.

In this role, you will be well supported by a strong clinical team (CM, CN, RN, EN, PCA) on the floor to assist you in succeeding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an aged care facility with a total of close to 100 beds
  • Relocation and initial accommodation can be negotiated
  • Work with a NFP aged care organisation
  • Home is fully accredited
  • Report direct to a fantastic regional manager
  • 17.5% leave loading
  • Health brand discounts

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (DIV 1) preferred
  • Experience leading an aged care facility (Facility Manager, DON, Residential Manager etc)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
  • Up to date with the changing environment of Aged Care
  • Great understanding of aged care legislation
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organised and an ability to use online systems
