About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the perfect balance between autonomy and collaboration, as you will manage your own portfolio while working closely with a small and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Conduct routine inspections, rent reviews, and lease renewals
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve issues, addressing maintenance requests and tenancy disputes professionally
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and contractor services
  • Process tenant applications, including reference checks and lease documentation
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Conduct property marketing and manage advertising when properties become available
  • Maintain up-to-date records and reports using property management software (PropertyMe)
  • Assist with end-of-month procedures and financial reporting
Requirements
  • Current Property Management Registration (essential)
  • Proven experience in residential property management (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Proficiency in PropertyMe software or similar property management systems
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and industry regulations
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management with the ability to work independently
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
