Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in managing store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and store performance.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales goals, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Contribute to the development of store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
