Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective store layouts, visual merchandising, and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and optimize store displays
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, improve store performance, and implement process improvements
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
