About this Role:
The Research and Evaluation Manager leads a team of specialists to develop the evidence base for responding to gambling harm.
This involves overseeing the strategic development of research and evaluation funding streams to ensure their continued relevance and value.
The role also requires working collaboratively with colleagues across government to translate research and evaluation knowledge into practice.
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:
- A collaborative leadership style that builds team capability and enables high-quality outcomes.
- A record of achievement in strategic development and management of a research, evaluation, and/or outcomes measurement function.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging with academics, evaluators, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of research and evaluation specialists.
- Overseeing strategic development of research and evaluation funding streams.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across government.
