Job Description:

Maintenance and Asset Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team in Kangy Angy, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and asset management of 554 train carriages for Transport for NSW.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on rolling stock equipment
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to achieve project goals
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential:
  • Australian recognized trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical trades
  • Valid fork lift or overhead crane license (desirable but not essential)
  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of heavy machinery and equipment
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
