Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure and Security Specialist to manage our IT infrastructure and security, ensuring systems run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate support to internal teams, delivering expert advice and resolution of issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Monitor and track issues and service requests via the IT Service Desk ticketing system to ensure prompt resolutions.
  • Manage and maintain various environments across technologies including Microsoft 365, on-premise servers (VMware), networking, WAN, backups, and cloud computing.
  • Lead infrastructure projects across hardware and software, network, security, applications, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Oversee and manage suppliers.
  • Configure Active Directory, Certificate Services, and Group Policy for application deployment.
  • Implement DNS, DHCP, domain administration, including email security measures (SPF, DMARC, DKIM).
  • Ensure systems and processes comply with regulatory, scheme, and customer security requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in infrastructure and Azure cloud support and security.
  • Technical expertise with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure Entra ID, Windows Server, Intune, and related networking and security concepts.
  • Proficiency with Cisco switches/CSR VPN, Meraki access points, Palo Alto firewall, and related security tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL management.
  • Working knowledge of VMware, Nimble Array, and HPE Greenlake; working knowledge of common RMM tools.
  • Security-focused mindset with endpoint protection experience (e.g., Sophos, CrowdStrike).
  • Strong organizational skills; good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows Server versions 2012-2022, IIS, and SQL.
