Job Title: Light Vehicle Apprenticeship

  • Maintaining light vehicles
  • Assisting technicians where necessary
  • Cleaning working areas
  • Operating diagnostic equipment
  • Following safety procedures in an automotive environment
  • Utilising tools and equipment specific to light vehicle mechanics
  • Identifying complex automotive systems and components

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A passion for the automotive industry and desire to become a skilled professional
  • A commitment to a 4-year apprenticeship, including practical studies at TAFE with opportunities for interstate training
  • A strong sense of self-motivation and enthusiasm with a high work ethic and 'can do' attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Professional presentation at all times
  • Honesty, trustworthiness and punctuality
  • A valid Driver's License is preferred
