- Work collaboratively as part of the healthcare team, adhering to state legislation and scope of practice parameters.
- Assess patients using therapeutic skills, identifying their needs and developing effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and colleagues, providing clear and concise information.
- Certificate III/IV in Community and Health Services, Personal Carer, or equivalent.
- Excellent ability to plan and prioritize work, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant is highly desirable.
