Nursing Assistant

About the Role:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care environment, working closely with our nursing team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Assist patients with observations, documentation, and clinical records, ensuring accurate and timely information is recorded.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with current clinical practices and guidelines.
Requirements:
- HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Descriptor: Assisting in Nursing Work in Acute Care) or currently studying Bachelor of Nursing or a degree deemed appropriate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding for patients and their carers.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
