The Role
As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will work with diverse teams to analyse, improve and embed processes that deliver exceptional patient, clinician, customer, and staff experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate key stakeholder relationships throughout the organisation to ensure their current and future needs are met.
- Gain a deep understanding of the organisation and how services are delivered to key customer groups across the company.
- Analyse, improve, and embed processes that deliver exceptional results.
Your Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Process Improvement.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
- Strong familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
- Demonstrated business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional interactions.
