Overview

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide support and care to clients in their own homes within the Adelaide Hills region.

You will be working as part of the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, Country Health Connect team, supporting clients with personal care needs, including showering, bathing, toileting and continence management.

The role also involves household support, meal preparation, gardening tasks and contributing to day centre activities such as transport, shopping assistance and therapy services.

As a Community Care Support Specialist, you will work autonomously in the community, providing person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each client.

Your skills and experience in working with vulnerable populations, combined with your ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
