Senior Financial Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead group-wide financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, and play a key role in driving financial performance and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Oversee month-end close and reporting in line with deadlines.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and work to optimize working capital.
  3. Manage finance-related tasks within the statutory compliance calendar to ensure timely lodgements and payments.
  4. Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive process and reporting improvements.
  5. Manage consolidated financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
  6. Prepare and submit regular Finance Board Packs with results, analysis, and commentary.
  7. Lead the planning and forecasting processes, including annual financial planning.
  8. Develop and manage the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  9. Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business goals.
Requirements
  • A CPA or CA qualification and extensive experience in financial leadership.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A passion for structured and organized approach to work.
  • Experience in ASX listed environments, procurement and inventory management are highly desirable.
