Drive Revenue Growth
- We are seeking a talented Revenue Growth professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sustainable and profitable growth by owning the annual pricing strategy, monitoring elasticity and consumer response, and ensuring we capture value across customers and pack formats.
Key Responsibilities:- Pricing Strategy & Elasticity
- Owning the annual pricing strategy ensures alignment with business objectives and HQ guidance.
- Modelling and monitoring price elasticity helps us understand consumer sensitivity and competitor response, recommending adjustments where required.
- Leading scenario planning evaluates the impact of different pricing options on volume, margin, and retailer profitability.
- Promotion Mix & Management
- Partnering with Marketing and Sales to design multi-year promotional calendars that deliver incremental revenue and ROI.
- Conducting post-campaign analysis measures effectiveness, uplift, and profitability.
- Influencing product and channel mix strategies optimises revenue growth across formats and pack sizes.
- Trading Terms & Value Chain Management
- Ensuring investments deliver the best ROI while achieving long-term objectives.
- Evaluating trade spend effectiveness ensures every dollar invested drives long-term value.
- Implementing and maintaining accurate value chain analysis for key customers identifies margin opportunities and risks.
- Analytics & Insights
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools tracks pricing, promotions, and category dynamics.
- Translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Staying ahead of industry best practice, competitor pricing moves, and consumer/shopper trends.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partnering with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and HQ RGM teams ensures alignment on revenue strategies.
- Providing thought leadership and capability building in revenue management across the business.
- Driving a culture of commercial acumen and accountability in pricing and trade spend.
