Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our investment services. At the heart of this role is delivering exceptional service to clients, driving portfolio growth and retention.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to upsell advice practices in New South Wales and achieve AUM goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to upsell advice practices in New South Wales and achieve AUM goals.
  • Recruit Advisers: Recruit and win new advisers and practices in New South Wales to entrust their clients' assets to our managed portfolio solutions and achieve netflow goals.
  • Remove Barriers: Remove any barriers preventing advisers from utilizing our managed portfolio solutions and achieve alignment with our global best practice investment approach.
  • Onboard Advisers: Onboard and serve advisers to write new netflows by solving investment and behavioural challenges when entrusting their clients' wealth to our managed portfolio solutions.
  • Understand Client Needs: Understand the adviser's investment needs across all client segments by collecting discovery data to identify solution structuring opportunities.
  • Presentation Skills: Prepare and present compelling investment proposals to gain adviser commitment to recommend our managed portfolios to their end clients.
  • Influence Advisers: Influence, persuade and educate advisers on incorporating our managed portfolio solutions across client segments to help their clients achieve financial goals.
  • External Representation: Represent the investment team in external client speaking engagements, marketing and educational sessions, including coaching videos, webinars, forums and conferences.
