As a key player in our organization, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Your primary objective will be to ensure that clients receive the best-in-class service and IT solutions that drive their business forward.

About Your Role

You will work closely with a portfolio of clients, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed. With regular client visits and collaboration with stakeholders, you will help build and develop your client base.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Build strong partnerships with clients, especially with key stakeholders and sponsors.
  2. Manage client relationships to meet their IT needs.
  3. Maintain and enhance existing relationships by providing consistent, responsive, and professional levels of service.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for each client.
  5. Develop and implement Client Success Plans with regular meetings.
  6. Conduct strategic account reviews to review client needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Identify at-risk clients and take proactive steps to retain them.
  8. Collaborate with the Service team to ensure resources are available to support clients' IT needs.
  9. Address client inquiries in a timely manner.
  10. Develop and manage sales pipelines for clients.
  11. Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals for clients.
  12. Identify new business opportunities and convert them into revenue-generating activities.
  13. Lead teamwork and collaboration to achieve client success.
  14. Assist in developing and streamlining Client Success policies and procedures.
  15. Support business growth and development.

Your Skills and Qualifications

You will possess or be able to develop:

  1. Strong customer service attitudes and knowledge.
  2. Product and services expertise.
  3. Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Copilot for Microsoft 365 fundamentals.
  4. Key Account Management principles.
  5. Business analysis and requirements gathering.
  6. Effective communication skills.
