Education & Training Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Enrolments and Admissions Advisor. This role involves providing exceptional service to prospective delegates and their employers, guiding them in selecting the right course to meet their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clear advice and guidance to clients on enrolment options and processes.
- Manage the full enrolment process, including payment and documentation, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Work closely with delegates and their employers to identify suitable courses and ensure successful outcomes.
- Achieve key performance indicators for response times, conversions, and service quality.
- Experience in a call centre or lead management role, preferably in education or an RTO setting.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking ability and resilience under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce and Axcelerate systems.
A Defence security clearance is required for this role, and applicants must be Australian citizens eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
