Warehouse Inventory Manager Job Description

  • Take ownership of all inbound operations, from receiving inventory to getting it into storage ready for fulfilment.
  • Work closely with the CFC Manager and your team leaders to deliver on daily targets, keep safety front of mind and find smarter ways of working.
  • This role blends hands-on leadership with process improvement, safety management and team development.
  • Ensure stock flows in safely, efficiently and on time so our customers get their orders without a hitch.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency, accuracy and productivity across the inbound operation.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team leaders to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that benefit the business.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement by identifying areas for growth and development and implementing training programs.
