Job Title: Educational Leader in Early Childhood

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to lead our Pre-Kinder team from Term 1, 2026.

This is a permanent full-time role commencing in 2026, aimed at a suitably qualified pre-kindergarten teacher to take on a leadership role in our pre-kindergarten program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all students receive high-quality learning and personal development, implementing effective educational practices with a distinctively Christian approach.

The successful candidate will collaborate with other teams to organize and coordinate Pre-Kinder events, supporting student development and ensuring a smooth transition into Kindergarten.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Pre-Kinder team to provide high-quality educational programs.
  • Implement effective and cohesive educational practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve program goals.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Pre-Kinder teacher or leader.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
