Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks of the HR function while providing support on various projects. This role requires a strong customer service focus, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, distribute, and manage employment contracts.
  • Organize and maintain employee records.
  • Handle the preparation, distribution, and management of salary increase and change-to-condition letters.
  • Prepare and distribute probation, performance management, and exit letters.
  • Update internal databases, registers, and employee records.
  • Manage all leave processes.
  • Manage HR email inboxes.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide payroll backup support.
  • Maintain and update the intranet and online forms.
  • Manage the ordering, stocktaking, distribution, and tracking of all uniforms for employees.
  • Provide administrative support for Learning & Development activities.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar administrative position.
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
