Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship

We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Commercial Cookery Apprentice to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their culinary skills and gain a nationally recognised Certificate in Commercial Cookery.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and cooking to learn and grow with our team. As a Commercial Cookery Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced chefs to prepare and cook dishes for our customers. You will also learn about kitchen operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes
  • Operate kitchen equipment under supervision
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities
Requirements

What's Involved

As a Commercial Cookery Apprentice, you will be enrolled in a nationally recognised Certificate in Commercial Cookery course. This will include both theoretical and practical components, which will help you to develop your skills and knowledge in commercial cooking.
