Chef Apprentice Role

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated individual to join our kitchen team as a Chef Apprentice. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to start their culinary career, gain valuable experience and develop skills in food preparation and presentation.

Job Description:

  • Assist experienced chefs in the preparation, cooking and plating of dishes.
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, choppers, fryers and steamers under supervision.
  • Learn different knife and cooking techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and health regulations at all times.
  • Participate in cleaning, maintaining and storing kitchen equipment appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months.
