Job Role:

This role is part of an experienced and dedicated team that helps to create a welcoming and supportive care experience for residents in our Heathcote facility. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide high-quality food services outcomes for residents, customers, and staff.

The Heathcote facility is located 35km from Sydney's CBD and offers a unique blend of professional and supportive care. Our Heartprint model ensures compassionate, holistic, and person-centred care that empowers residents and fosters a sense of belonging, independence, and cultural respect.

We invite applications from individuals with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. A nationally coordinated criminal history check and NDIS worker screening check are also required.

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work morning &/or afternoon shifts across the week
  • Ability to provide catering and kitchen services consistent with our organisation's mission and philosophy
  • Understanding of aged care and resident rights and responsibilities
