Job Title: Occupational Therapist

As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients across various settings. Your expertise in assessment and intervention strategies will enable individuals to achieve their optimal level of independence and participation in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate client treatment and rehabilitation needs through comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote client recovery and return to work.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders to foster trust and empower individuals to take ownership of their health and well-being.

Your Qualifications and Skills Include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) accreditation upon graduation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
